What you will do

• Work closely with customers post-sale to ensure rapid platform adoption and value realization.
• Guide teams through onboarding sessions and deployment across code, cloud, and runtime environments.
• Debug technical issues and investigate workflows to unblock customers effectively.
• Act as a trusted advisor to developers and security teams regarding platform usage.
• Proactively identify customer risks and provide actionable guidance.
• Synthesize customer feedback and insights to influence product and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related technical roles.
• Must be based in or near Chicago with the ability to commute regularly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical curiosity with experience working alongside developers or security teams.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset suitable for a fast-moving startup environment.
