What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions for enterprise customers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across cloud, networking, and infrastructure domains.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and maintain high service availability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Assist in the deployment and optimization of customer environments using IaC and containerization.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training resources.

Requirements

• Must reside in the East Coast timezone
• Must currently have or be qualified to gain a US Government Top Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience supporting SaaS products for DoD or FedRAMP enclaves in production.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating and troubleshooting APIs (RESTful).
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog.
• Full-stack coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Background in cybersecurity, threat detection, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR).
