AML Onboarding Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote across Europe

Payment gateway and card processing provider serving global merchants through card acquiring, payment acceptance, pay-in and pay-out flows, settlements, reporting, and regional payment integrations.

What you will do

• Manage the full B2B client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement through activation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and monitor application statuses to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee accurate documentation packages that meet internal and partner requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners on onboarding matters.
• Respond to requests, provide required information, and drive next steps proactively.
• Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency, including through AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B client onboarding, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services environments.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• English at C1 level and Russian at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, ownership, independence, and client focus.
