What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to successful activation.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure timely execution of required processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation packages to meet internal and partner compliance requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners on onboarding matters.
• Respond to incoming requests and provide required information within deadlines.
• Monitor application statuses and drive next steps to complete onboarding successfully.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding B2B clients, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services environments.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• English: C1 (fluent written and spoken)
• Russian: C1 (fluent written and spoken)
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
