We are launching a new payment company backed by an established international ecosystem (Dubai, Hong Kong, Europe), focused on iGaming and high-risk industries. We are looking for a builder to create and lead our banking & PSP onboarding function from scratch!

🎯 Your Mission
Own the end-to-end onboarding process and build scalable operational foundations for our global payment infrastructure.

⚡ What You’ll Do
🔗 Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with banks, EMIs, acquirers, and PSPs across multiple jurisdictions.  
📄 End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full cycle from initial request to MID activation, including KYC/AML, UBO structures, and Due Diligence packages.  
⚙️ Process Building: Design workflows, SOPs, and checklists from the ground up to ensure operational excellence.  
🤝 Coordination: Work closely with Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to resolve bottlenecks and drive partner activation.

✅ Who You Are
• Proven experience in bank/EMI onboarding for fintech, PSP, or payment companies preferrably in geo - Europe, Dubai, Hong Kong.  
• Background in high-risk verticals (iGaming, crypto, forex, gambling) is a strong advantage.  
• Existing network of payment providers and banking partners.  
• Fluent English (C1+), highly organized, and a natural problem-solver.
