What you will do

• Analyze long-term move rate capabilities and adjust pool sizes based on usage and production needs.
• Manage tool ordering for OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring timely delivery and staging for building blocks.
• Monitor tool availability and progress across factory work centers.
• Act as a representative for the tool planning department in lean and progress meetings.
• Troubleshoot tool-related escalations to prevent disruptions in the production process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve planning parameters and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in planning and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and stakeholder management.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a two-shift operation schedule.
