What you will do

• Develop and maintain accurate shift schedules aligned with production needs and staffing levels.
• Coordinate workforce deployment in collaboration with Shift Supervisors and contingent workforce agencies.
• Schedule mandatory safety training and coordinate operator training programs to ensure skill readiness.
• Plan and organize onboarding programs and guide new operators during their initial phase.
• Manage registration and reporting of worked hours for payroll processing and HR compliance.
• Track employee skills, certifications, and absence patterns to provide insights for operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce coordination and shift planning within a dynamic operational environment.
• Ability to monitor and resolve staffing gaps and manage absence backfilling.
• Strong coordination skills for interacting with Production Managers, HR, and external agencies.
• Competence in workforce administration, including payroll data and certification tracking.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franeker, Netherlands
