What you will do

• Challenge client briefs to identify and solve the core problem behind the request.
• Proactively experiment and build prototypes for concepts that anticipate client needs.
• Develop vector databases, custom LLM applications, and AI-driven interfaces.
• Test, iterate, and pivot rapidly based on new insights and technical findings.
• Translate complex technical possibilities into clear business value for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across design, development, and client-facing teams to bridge the gap between concept and code.

Requirements

• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Proven experience with LLMs, AI tools, or interactive platforms like Unity.
• Inventor's mindset with a drive to stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where project requirements shift frequently.
• Strong communication skills to pitch ideas and conduct code reviews.
• Must be based in or able to work from Alkmaar, Netherlands.
