What you will do

• Design and evolve platform services powering the AI conversational agent ecosystem.
• Develop robust orchestration layers and workflows for reliable agentic experiences.
• Create evaluation, testing, and monitoring capabilities to ensure system quality and safety.
• Collaborate with product managers and AI specialists to deliver high-impact features.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using observability and tracing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across Python, TypeScript, and Java stacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing software solutions with Python.
• Proven experience building or integrating AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of LLM-based systems and their operational challenges.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience developing with TypeScript or Java.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock AgentCore or similar cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring for distributed systems.
• Knowledge of testing strategies for AI, including prompt regression testing.
