Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid role, up to 50% remote allowed).

What you will do

• Perform data quality checks and maintain data dictionaries to ensure reporting reliability.
• Support the adoption and maintenance of analytics platforms including Databricks and Power BI.
• Test and evaluate AI-powered tools such as Genie AI and Power BI Copilot.
• Create prompt libraries and best-practice repositories for AI-enabled workflows.
• Assist with dashboard testing, user onboarding, and maintaining a structured knowledge base.
• Collaborate with local markets, regional leadership, and IT functions on analytics projects.

Requirements

• Student status in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Analytics, Data Analytics, CS, Engineering, or related).
• Strong interest in data governance, business intelligence, and AI productivity tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and interest in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and organize information with a structured approach.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in Databricks, Python, and generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
