What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately six Analytics Engineers across the RevOps domain and adjacent teams.
• Own and maintain a trusted set of RevOps domain metrics to provide stakeholders with a clear view of commercial performance.
• Define and evolve Analytics Engineering standards, documented ways of working, and best practices across the community.
• Partner with commercial leads in sales, marketing, and revenue operations to align technical delivery with business roadmaps.
• Drive the performance management cycle for direct reports, including regular feedback, reviews, and tailored development goals.
• Review dbt models and technical contributions to ensure high quality, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering with a degree in a quantitative discipline (math, engineering, econometrics).
• Proven experience managing analysts or analytics engineers, with a focus on coaching and career development.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL and cloud data warehouses.
• Practical experience with dbt or equivalent data modeling tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools featuring a semantic layer, such as Looker.
• Ability to effectively translate commercial business needs into technical requirements.
