Senior Manager, AP & T&E

Location: Santa Ana, California; in-office role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $139,000–$220,000 per year, with potential additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, vendor inquiries, and AP-side tax compliance.
• Manage corporate card programs, including issuance, limits, merchant controls, offboarding, issuer relationships, reporting, and misuse investigations.
• Own the travel and expense program, including policy, platform configuration, report audits, reimbursements, employee support, and travel vendors.
• Set the automation roadmap for invoice processing, matching, coding, expense audits, and other payables workflows.
• Define and report operating metrics such as cycle time, touchless processing, cost per invoice, on-time payments, aging, and exception rates.
• Operate AP, card, and T&E controls, prevent payment fraud, support audits, and lead a small experienced team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounts payable, payment operations, or finance operations, including 4+ years managing a team.
• Direct ownership of corporate card and travel and expense programs in addition to accounts payable.
• Experience transforming manual payables operations through measurable automation and implementing or migrating an AP automation or expense platform.
• Deep knowledge of AP controls, segregation of duties, payment fraud prevention, external audits, and multi-entity operations.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred. Multi-currency, international, or shared-services experience is valued for the planned global expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
