What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop robust data models using star schema and dimensional modeling principles.
• Create and optimize DAX measures for performance and scalability.
• Deliver ETL processes across SAP, databases, and other data sources.
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
• Implement data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Data Analytics or BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service) and proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modeling (Kimball / Star Schema).
• Hands-on experience with SAP data (ECC, BW extracts).
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working in large enterprise data environments.
• Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management.
• Awareness of AI/ML use cases in analytics.
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors.
• Understanding of SAP functional areas (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
