Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and define requirements to remediate gaps and optimize cycle times.
• Collaborate with the Business Consulting Practice to transform finance and operations functions.
• Design and implement sustainable operational models to streamline business needs.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and resolve complex operational issues.
• Partner with senior management on business development and proposals.
• Maintain target billing hours (utilization).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial management or consulting.
• Experience in financial services consulting focusing on finance.
• Proficiency in process analysis, reporting, BI, and data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
