What you will do

• Manage corporate income tax compliance and accurate reporting under US GAAP and local GAAP principles.
• Collaborate with finance and tax teams to ensure complete and accurate regional tax reporting.
• Drive transfer pricing models and ensure timely production of supporting documentation.
• Develop tax process documentation, identify control weaknesses, and maintain a tax risk register.
• Monitor international tax developments and manage the group's response to legislative changes.
• Provide support for regional tax audits and litigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• Professional accounting or tax qualification required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in international direct taxation at a Big 4 firm, law firm, or multinational organization.
• Strong technical expertise in tax law, IFRS, and US GAAP accounting requirements.
• Proven experience managing corporate tax requirements for at least one country.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
