What you will do

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting franchise executives including CEOs, CFOs, and Operations leaders.
• Secure preferred, recommended, or mandated vendor status within franchise systems to ensure scalable growth.
• Manage the complete business development process from initial outreach to contract execution and onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy outbound pipeline and accurate forecasting using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to refine franchise-specific messaging and onboarding flows.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of successful B2B business development or sales experience.
• Proven track record of selling into franchise organizations, targeting both franchisors and franchisees.
• Experience selling fintech, SaaS, accounting, payroll, or banking services.
• Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting and cold calling senior executives.
• Experience with CRM management, specifically HubSpot.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL
