Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $71,800 – $115,300 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 assigned accounts, managing executive-level relationships.
- Drive customer ROI by creating value plans and guiding users through the platform to achieve business outcomes.
- Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and proactively engage customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Utilize data and user engagement metrics to design targeted campaigns and workshops.
- Facilitate product training and drive customer advocacy through webinars and community engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and relay product feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and able to work PST/MST hours.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, customer success, account management, or sales.
- Strong de-escalation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Operational experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Previous experience with workflows and best practices.
- Background in data or business performance analytics.
