What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing performance feedback and guidance.
• Execute sourcing projects using category-level strategies and established procurement processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, SLAs, and commercial/legal terms to maximize savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and measure actual performance against negotiated metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential supplier-related risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholder leadership and contribute to the recruitment of new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
