What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and cash flow targets.
• Analyze spend data to identify improvement opportunities and achieve supplier consolidation.
• Negotiate contracts for contract manufacturing services and raw materials to ensure optimal conditions.
• Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, tollers, and chemical suppliers.
• Track and communicate KPIs related to PPV, OTIF, Working Capital, and Cost Out.
• Oversee supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and Responsible Care programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Science, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of functional experience in sourcing, supply chain, or project management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with ERPs and e-procurement tools such as SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed matrix environment.
