Full-Stack SAP Engineer (SAP)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; office-first working model with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy features across SAP S/4HANA and BTP modules using ABAP Cloud, RAP, and SAP CAP with Node.js.
• Deliver maintainable code through code reviews, automated unit tests, and acceptance tests.
• Maintain and operate team-owned services, monitor performance through metrics and logs, and investigate production incidents.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to refine requirements, decompose epics, and resolve technical conflicts.
• Share knowledge and improve documentation, automation, and the developer experience.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ABAP development, including OO ABAP and RAP.
• Experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements.
• 4+ years of professional experience developing SAP applications.
• Solid understanding of SAP BTP services and cloud-native development, including Destination Service, XSUAA, and Cloud Logging.
• Ability to investigate system interactions, identify requirements gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP clean core development principles and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite.
• Interest in Business AI capabilities, including Joule integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, SAP Business Application Studio, or GitHub.
• Interest in contributing to engineering standards and technical documentation.
