What you will do

• Provide advanced second-level support for SAP logistics and operations processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional, interface, and data issues through structured root-cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions and coordinate end-to-end process alignment with cross-functional IT teams.
• Support testing cycles, upgrades, change requests, and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain documentation, known-error records, work instructions, and configuration-impact information.
• Train key users and provide knowledge transfer to global support teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience supporting SAP logistics modules, including WM/EWM and LE, in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics, warehouse, production, and quality processes.
• Experience with global ERP template support, process harmonization, and SLA-driven ticket-based operations.
• Experience integrating 3PL systems, labeling solutions, barcode scanners, RF devices, mobile applications, and label printers.
• Hands-on experience with Handling Unit Management, including packaging, palletization, packing instructions, handling unit labels, and warehouse execution with handling units.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management, plus basic knowledge of PP, QM, and PM modules.
