Senior SAP PP-PI Consultant (SAP ERP)

Location: Remote, Germany; service region: Germany, France, and Switzerland

What you will do

• Manage customer projects in the process industry with a focus on SAP PP-PI.
• Support project phases from conception and solution design through customizing, proof of concept, and SAP ECC and S/4HANA rollouts.
• Develop the Fit4Life Science best-practice template and implement greenfield SAP standards for customers.
• Analyze customer situations, design process strategies and complex solutions, and define future processes, organizations, and systems.
• Design interfaces between SAP and MES subsystems and prepare functional and customizing specifications in validated environments.
• Take partial project management responsibility for smaller customer teams.

Requirements

• Business-fluent German and fluent English
• University degree and/or several years of relevant experience in IT consulting, process ownership, process management, or sub-project management.
• Initial experience with S/4HANA and the Fiori user interface.
• Experience in the process industry or, desirably, discrete manufacturing such as automotive.
• Knowledge of modern project management methods, including PRINCE2 and Scrum.
• Analytical, solution- and process-oriented thinking with strong communication, methodological, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional SAP logistics module such as PM, QM, SD, MM, WM, or EWM.
