What you will do

• Lead sourcing negotiations and manage a full range of construction contracts.
• Source and qualify key suppliers to enable the successful execution of construction work.
• Develop and present rationale for construction contracting and compensation strategies based on market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal, legal, environmental, and risk management policies to limit liability.
• Maintain performance metrics to measure cost savings, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Provide training and coaching to project managers and buyers on business processes and related tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Construction Contracts Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, contracts management, or construction project management.
• Must have valid US work authorization; no immigration sponsorship available.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective team collaboration.
• Excellent data analytical skills to break down complex problems for resolution.
