• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to a 7-person indirect procurement team.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the SAP Ariba roll-out across the organization.
• Implement an effective ABC Vendor Strategy and manage preferred supplier relationships.
• Drive contract negotiations and spend management, specifically within IT and logistics categories.
• Act as a business partner to internal departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Identify and implement digital workflow improvements to increase procurement efficiency.

• Fluent proficiency in English, Polish, and German (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in procurement leadership and team management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive digitalization and manage organizational change.

• Must be based in or able to work from Szczecin, Poland.
