What you will do

• Execute country category plans including assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating commercial agreements.
• Monitor category performance metrics such as sales, market share, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Support franchisees through category engagement initiatives to drive strategy implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or commercial roles.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategies and market research.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Poland.
