What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction and mobilization to final closeout and budget reporting.
• Develop and maintain the Critical Path Schedule, coordinate project logistics, and manage safety plans.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and monthly payment applications.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements to achieve project buyout goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project planning.
• Utilize Procore and ERP systems to track project financials, RFIs, submittals, and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rockland, MA.
