What you will do

• Own construction execution for a growing portfolio of facilities, delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead project delivery from site due diligence and permitting through design coordination, contractor procurement, construction management, turnover, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across markets, including expansions, retrofits, ground-up, and adaptive reuse developments.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, risk registers, and execution plans; identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee vendor bid management and support negotiations; review bid packages, change orders, and contractor proposals.
• Ensure technical oversight across structural, civil, MEP, and specialty food production systems; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to optimize design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial/industrial/manufacturing/distribution/food production/logistics or mission-critical construction projects (including 5–7 years in commercial real estate and F&B construction).
• Proven proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, CAD, AutoCad, and Revit.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects with large budgets across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
• Extensive experience with permitting, code compliance, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
• Strong knowledge of contractor procurement, bid leveling, contract negotiations, and change order management.
