What you will do

• Support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) through cost estimating, analysis, and financial reporting.
• Supervise schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure project milestones are met.
• Perform and review cost engineering deliverables for projects and proposals.
• Provide technical direction for cost engineering and scheduling activities.
• Develop advanced concepts and standards to solve complex project controls challenges.
• Ensure all project controls work products align with project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of related experience.
• US citizenship required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
• Expert-level knowledge of EVMS tools and processes.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and cost control in field and office environments.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and project financial status reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
