Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (in-office)

Salary: $74,700 - $102,700 CAD annually

What you will do

• Provide high-quality end-user support through various channels to resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain updated stocks.
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and improve service delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of network device configuration and administration.
• Experience with ITSM and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Advanced proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• In-depth understanding of PC hardware.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC for full-time in-office work.
