What you will do
- Lead and develop the Desktop Services team through coaching and performance management.
- Manage daily delivery of remote and on-site support, device provisioning, and software deployment.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved in alignment with service levels and security requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of end-user technology, including procurement, inventory, and secure disposal.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements through automation and documentation.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and business teams while serving as a leadership escalation point.
Requirements
- Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident with at least 5 years of residency in Canada.
- Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
- Bachelorβs degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or desktop support.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management practices and endpoint security.
