TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Desktop Services team through coaching and performance management.
  • Manage daily delivery of remote and on-site support, device provisioning, and software deployment.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved in alignment with service levels and security requirements.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of end-user technology, including procurement, inventory, and secure disposal.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements through automation and documentation.
  • Build effective relationships with vendors and business teams while serving as a leadership escalation point.

Requirements

  • Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident with at least 5 years of residency in Canada.
  • Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or desktop support.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management practices and endpoint security.

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
