What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 facilities associates to achieve operational goals.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, and metal fabrication.
• Conduct daily inspections of conveyor systems, shipping, and packing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including 24v to 480v circuits and PLC systems.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance tasks using the site CMMS (Fiix).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for critical facility issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have at least 36 months of facility maintenance experience.
• Must have electrical knowledge including 24v ac/dc, 120v, and 277v-480v circuits.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and develop team members.
• Experience with conveyor mechanical systems, VFD motor controllers, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge or experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required by operations.
