What you will do

• Coordinate and troubleshoot domestic and international shipments with major carriers like FedEx and DHL.
• Analyze transportation data to optimize costs and audit carrier performance.
• Oversee receiving, labeling, and storage of incoming stock while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
• Organize warehouse space and maintain detailed logs of inventory and damages.
• Assist the Department Manager with performance evaluations, goal setting, and team training.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Boulder, Colorado.
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management or project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
