Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA with a hybrid work arrangement (at least three days a week in-office).

Salary: $101,000–$177,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic communications consultancy for high-profile People@hirify.global projects, including change management and workforce strategy.
• Partner with leadership to communicate the People Promise and total rewards narrative consistently across global channels.
• Design and influence signature employee lifecycle workflows like onboarding and promotions to ensure a best-in-class user experience.
• Coordinate M&A communications and playbooks to facilitate transitions and reduce organizational risk.
• Facilitate large-scale internal events, including global Manager Forums and all-hands town halls.
• Serve as the AI subject expert for the communications team, scouting and implementing new tools to enhance campaign efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, marketing, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in a corporate communications role, preferably with an HR focus.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful employee engagement and change management campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience applying AI-powered tools to communications workflows.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
• Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
