What you will do

• Own hands-on execution of paid performance strategy across all paid channels, from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization.
• Drive performance reporting and forecasting to ensure budget pacing and ROI targets are met.
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy) to continuously improve efficiency.
• Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns.
• Act as a technical challenger to agency partners and push for smarter, faster delivery.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, CRO, and stakeholders across product, sales, and brand to align on a shared growth agenda.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage critical situations through strong decision-making.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of English.
• Hands-on knowledge of main performance channels, including Search Console.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, and Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform.
