What you will do

• Own and resolve high-risk, cross-functional escalations that lack established playbooks.
• Investigate recurring operational issues to identify root causes and prevent future failures.
• Partner with product and operations teams to remove blockers and improve system reliability.
• Provide visibility into friction points, risks, and strategic remediation plans.
• Support operational readiness by responding quickly to external changes impacting the organization.
• Build infrastructure and processes that enable teams to resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth operations, escalation management, or process improvement.
• Proven ability to investigate complex issues and drive them to successful resolution.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
• Comfort working in high-accountability environments and navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve organizational effectiveness.
