What you will do

• Establish and validate machine rates to ensure accurate fixed cost allocation.
• Deliver profitability analysis by part number to support strategic business decisions.
• Execute standard cost runs and provide detailed variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain hourly rates, including projections for monthly and year-end closing cycles.
• Monitor and analyze changes in pricing, tariffs, and operational cost drivers.
• Oversee and optimize costs related to freight, logistics, and material overhead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in standard costing and cost analysis, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of production costs, freight, and indirect materials.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.
