What you will do

• Assist with accounts payable, cash disbursements, and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform month-end close duties, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain balance sheet account schedules and affiliate payment records.
• Support semi-monthly payroll processing and quarterly audit of deductions.
• Handle business compliance filings and monitor vendor documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico with current work authorization.
• Currently pursuing a BS degree or equivalent in Accounting.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines and operate with a sense of urgency.
