What you will do

• Support end-to-end payment processes including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with local banks and payment providers to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Monitor real-time transactions to detect and escalate fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Analyze customer payment behavior to recommend improvements for payment flows.
• Document operational workflows, SOPs, and process enhancements.
• Assist in the integration and testing of new payment technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in payments, financial operations, or fintech/e-commerce.
• English: Fluency required
• Solid understanding of payment systems, funds flows, and reconciliation.
• Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or transaction monitoring tools.
