What you will do

• Review incoming and outgoing payments to identify and prevent fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Monitor transaction activity across platforms like Stripe and Airwallex to spot unusual patterns.
• Investigate and document fraud or suspicious activity, escalating cases to Risk and Compliance teams.
• Resolve payment and operational issues directly with customers via email, phone, or video.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Legal teams on complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing manual workflows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, support, or operations role with a customer-facing component.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with payment operations including refunds, disputes, KYC, or reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk.
• Availability for occasional weekend hours to support team coverage.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to handle shifting priorities.
