What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align financial insights with operational goals.
• Conduct strategic analyses and develop business cases to evaluate new opportunities and resource allocation.
• Implement scalable financial processes and tools, such as EPM systems, to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Build financial models and dashboards to improve visibility into performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Contribute to the growth and culture of the Strategic Finance team.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Transaction Services (T&S), Investment Banking, or M&A.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with planning tools such as Pigment, Netsuite, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
