What you will do

• Propose analytical solutions and data insights to drive improvements in key strategic pillars.
• Identify and track core KPIs and build dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and provide business recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate new product features via A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
• Develop high-quality data models and visuals to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Report outcomes and narratives directly to the senior leadership team to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Fluency in SQL, including complex queries, window functions, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Sigma, Periscope, Mode).
• Proven track record of using data to influence strategic business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and automation.
• Proficiency in data-oriented programming languages like Python or R.
• Experience scaling a company from its early stages.
