TL;DR

Analyst Advanced Analytics (Fintech): Developing reporting and analytics solutions to evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness with an accent on data mining and statistical modeling. Focus on prototyping AI models, conducting AB tests, and communicating complex data trends to senior executives.

Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Based in Toronto (transitioning to Mississauga in late 2026). Flexible hybrid/remote options available.

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Analyze marketing, events, and sales campaigns using AB tests and Pre vs. Post analysis.
• Research and prototype advanced statistical and AI models to support business intelligence.
• Plan, design, and deploy reporting and analytics tools throughout the organization.
• Participate in customer-level analytical and research projects.
• Collaborate with technical groups to resolve data, environment, and implementation issues.
• Augment periodic management reporting and fulfill ad-hoc data extraction requests.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Math/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with statistical modeling techniques (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, clustering).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in the financial services and investment industry.
• Experience in Data Pipeline design and GIS software.
• Certifications in SAS, KNIME, Snowflake, or Tableau.
