What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities including installations and maintenance across assigned markets.
• Act as the primary point of contact between field technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Manage service requests and work orders to ensure timely completion of operations.
• Track and report on service KPIs, SLAs, and field performance metrics.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and training teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• English and German: Exceptional verbal and written fluency required.
• Dutch: Professional level proficiency preferred.
• Must be based in Europe.
• 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, or operations.
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, or IoT sectors.
• Proficiency with service management platforms and data reporting tools.
• Experience integrating AI usage in daily duties.
