Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by analyzing accounting data.
• Analyze trial balance variances and consolidated group information, including Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Develop and maintain new accounting policies and procedures for the group.
• Ensure financial controls are recorded and operating efficiently.
• Provide support for external audits and collaborate with accounting coordinators.
• Participate in meetings to ensure progress toward monthly closing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting, management, economics, or auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in accounting, auditing, or consolidation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Strong drive for results with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and ability to perform accurate numeric calculations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Previous experience in consolidation from a preparer or auditor perspective.
• Experience with Microsoft AX or SAP BPC.
