What you will do

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and scope definition of the new Corporate Actions platform.
• Perform functional, operational acceptance, and client acceptance tests.
• Support the processing of Corporate Actions in production environments.
• Prepare operational procedure documentation and define KPIs/SLAs for service delivery.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement operational improvement measures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Porto office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase Excel Add-in.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Board.
