Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

• Ensure high reliability and correctness of ledger and funds flow systems
• Develop new features to improve customer experience
• Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable code with minimal technical debt
• Lead initiatives from planning to launch, coordinating with stakeholders
• Drive improvements in systems and team processes
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Must be able to work from NYC SoHo office three days a week
• Experience shipping production software and leading projects
• Strong distributed system design skills
• Proficiency or desire to learn Python
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and contribute individually
• Interest in fintech and payments preferred
