What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, coherent solutions for complex client challenges in the digital landscape.
• Manage and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders for some of the agency's largest clients.
• Provide strategic guidance leveraging expertise in e-commerce and specific sectors such as retail, FMCG, B2B, or automotive.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and roadmaps that clearly articulate value propositions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles within the e-commerce domain.
• In-depth specialist sector knowledge in at least 1-2 areas (ideally retail, FMCG, B2B, or automotive).
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud), CMS, PIM, and agile methodologies.
• Must be based in the UK and willing to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially the EU.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
