What you will do

• Proactively contact new leads via calls and messengers to convert them into active partners.
• Qualify incoming leads and present the company's products and partner program effectively.
• Nurture partners through early lifecycle stages until they are ready for handover to a PRM.
• Manage a high volume of leads simultaneously, prioritizing follow-ups within the CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing and onboarding teams to optimize the conversion funnel and lead quality.

Requirements

• Arabic: Native proficiency required
• English: Proficient level required
• Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead qualification, or customer support.
• Proven ability to hit activity and conversion KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and interaction logging.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services.
• Proficiency in French or Turkish.
