Client Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; on-site, full-time, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Understand client business models and funds flows to promote and upsell relevant financial solutions.
• Support onboarding for key clients across software, mobile applications, gaming, online businesses, blockchain, e-commerce, fintech, and investments.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio through long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Advise clients on products and payment rails, optimize payment account activity, and resolve AML-related payment requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address client requests effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, business development, or another client-facing role.
• Experience in banking, B2B, or corporate services is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or in-house software programs.
• Good English communication is required.
• A university degree or equivalent is beneficial.
