What you will do

• Communicate with Arabic-speaking prospects by phone, chat, and email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable forex solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Monitor conversion performance, key metrics, insights, and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
• Deliver professional, culturally aware customer service in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker required.
• Proven experience in forex, sales, or conversion-focused roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
