Retention Agent (English Speaking) (Forex)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; onsite at a modern Limassol office

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by phone.
• Convert and nurture new and existing leads into active trading clients.
• Promote and sell trading products and services while closing deals.
• Guide new clients through their first trading steps and provide ongoing support.
• Assist with platform questions, deposits, withdrawals, market updates, and promotions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a financial or trading environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, confident, and success-driven approach.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software tools.
